Terms of Service

SURV operates a marketplace connecting customers in Dubai with verified service providers. We are not the provider of the services booked through the platform; providers are independent businesses.

By creating an account or using SURV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Arab Emirates to create a customer account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

All bookings are made at the prices displayed at booking time, plus any applicable service fees and taxes.

Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of booking.

Funds are held until the service is completed and you have a reasonable opportunity to confirm satisfaction.

Cancellation policies vary by service category and are shown at booking.

Service providers on SURV agree to deliver services as described, comply with all applicable UAE laws, hold required licences, and maintain customer service standards. Providers are independent and responsible for their own conduct.

You agree to use SURV in good faith and not to make false bookings, harass or abuse providers or other users, use the platform for unlawful purposes, or attempt to circumvent SURV by transacting with providers off-platform.

If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 24 hours and our support team will help. Depending on the situation, we may coordinate a return visit, a partial refund, or a full refund.

SURV's name, logo, design, code, and content are owned by SURV or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without permission.

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. We do our best to verify providers, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of every booking. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SURV's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking that gave rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms. You may close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the Dubai courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email.
